I asked last week if everyone was sick to the back teeth of this kind of post and the response was that, you are not sick of it, in fact, you all seem to love it and find it helpful when planning your own menu. So, I will continue on, no worries, I quite like doing it.
It always amazes me when looking back over the previous weeks grocery shopping just how much food we go through, most weeks we have our sons girlfriend for dinner about 3 to 4 nights a week and just the 3 of us the balance of the week. In saying what the boys eat really equates to 4 adults, I just don't know where they put it, so in summing up what we buy and eat should, in reality, feed 6 people easily, well thats what I think anyway! I may be way off!
We are continuing eating lighter meals with a lot of seafood and we also had one really beautiful vegetarian dinner of Gnocchi with garlic cream sauce, it was made by our sons girlfriend and was so delicious and so delightful to have a night off, so lucky.
Now on with what we bought, spent and ate this week-
