I tossed up whether to even do this blogpost, I mean really, who needs a recipe for garlic butter, it is pretty straight forward, hello garlic and butter! But then I thought, hey maybe I am not the only one that need quantities and a method for even the most simple of recipes, so here you go and your welcome.
Ingredients for Garlic Butter-for every 80 grams of butter you use 2 garlic cloves and 2 teaspoons of finely chopped parsley and a good grind of salt.
Method-Soften the butter to room temperature
Grate the garlic on a microplane
Finely chop the parsley
Finely chop the parsley
Add all ingredients together and slather on whatever bread, bread rolls or whole loaf of
bread you are using, bake at 160 C or grill until butter is melted and bread is crisp
