Ahh, Saturday, I love you. It's the kind of day I would love to live every day. You get stuck into the house work, lots gets done, knowing tomorrow is proper day off. Or at least, that is how it rolls at my place. We tend to work really hard at all the little jobs that need doing so we can have Sunday as a rest day. I still love Saturday, even though it means I have a list as long as my arm to get through, for me, it's a day totally at home, I have no where else to be except here and that is the way I like it.
Today is no different, I have lots to do, getting ready for camping is a big job, you basically have to take your whole life with you and set it up at the other end. I have written an extensive list of things NOT to forget, as last time I forgot quite a few essential items, we still got by but I would prefer to have everything we need.
I am popping a Beef Stog in the slow cooker today, so our first nights dinner is sorted and I am making up the rissole mix and making this salad. Having some prepared food is a wonderful time saver when camping.
