An overcast morning has greeted me this morning, so it much cooler with the promise of a little rain, that would just be lovely, I wouldn't have to stand out there for a couple of hours watering the garden this afternoon. It may burn off though, I can see a bit of blue sky trying to peek through.
I was so hoping for a cooler start to Autumn, that is why I had a couple of soups on the menu this week, but it was another hot week, the soups were still good though. Here's what else I made this week-

Thursday-Thai Peanut Soup with Sweet Potato and Spinach, holy cow, this is a fantastic recipe, I will share it next week.
