Hello Dear Reader,

Smoked Salmon Pasta 

Today I am grateful for one last, early dinner, with my darling daughter before I took her to the airport yesterday afternoon. She has been working down here for the past two weeks and has been super busy everyday, with early starts and late finishes. She takes it all in her stride though and seems to be able to cope with her very busy career.

Lovely Hubby has been away on a fishing trip with our son so it was just our daughter and I for dinner for the last few nights. It was so lovely just to sit and talk with her, just the two of us.
