Hello Dear Reader,
I meant to post this closer to the beginning of this month, but time has slipped away on me. I am taking part in
Ilona's 1000 Mile in One Year Challenge and I started out well for the first month of the year. February, however, I was a bit slack, not riding to work quite as much as it was just so hot.
I still did the 2 dog walks every day, as the little woofs would never let me forget their walks. In the morning we go for a quick 20 minute walk and of an evening we go for a longer walk. They both love their walk and I always feel good for doing it too.
So for the month of February my total KM's is 83.16 or 51.67 Miles. I will have to make up 57 km some how during this month to stay on track. I need to do 4.39 KM or 2.73 Miles a day to meet the challenge of completing 1000 miles in one year.
January's total was 140.87 KM or 87.5 Miles

A captured these photos of the
Pale Headed Rosella, they are very elusive and I seem to see them always in pairs. They have a distinct though very quiet bird call
