Needs have changed in our house, and I rarely pull out the big stovetop canner anymore. In this video, I demonstrate some small batch canning using an electric pressure canner.
This is perfect for those of us who find due to arthritis and other issues that lifting and fiddling with the larger canner has become more difficult.
