Here and Now 12

Hello Dear Reader,

Well that month went quickly, it doesn’t seem that long since I posted my last “Here and Now” joining in the the lovely Sarah from “Say Little Hen” lovely monthly link up. It has been a busy month here at SHI, with our two adult children birthdays, family get togethers and this lovely little weeks camping holiday to prepare for. 

So here is this months “Here and Now” 

Eating // a little bit too much good food, my clothes seem to have shrunk! 

Drinking // lots of water on hot days, but I always start with a cup of lovely sencha green tea and of course my peppermint tea throughout the day

Feeling // a little blue and out of sorts, I am hoping this week away camping will put me right

Making // I’ve pre-made two big meals to take away with us, my Cheesy Chicken Quinoa Bake and my Upmarket Rice and Beans. I’ve done this to make our camping evenings even easier. All I need to do is reheat and voila, an instant yummy dinner.



Thinking // I really want to be organised for Christmas this year, I will start doing a little early shopping when we get back from camping 

Dreaming // of a time when our daughter and partner move back down closer to us. We miss them terribly 



I am currently posting from my iPad, so I am finding it a bit trickier than usual. There may not be as many photos over the next week.
