Hello Dear Reader,
Over the summer, I put on a bit of weight, mostly around my tummy and bottom (of course) and are finding it hard to squeeze into clothes that once fitted me comfortably. I have simply been eating too much and not moving my body enough, in fact I haven't ridden my bike to work since September last year, right there is the problem. With only a month to go until the cruise I wanted to be able to take and wear the clothes I already have at home with maybe one or two new items to spruce up the look.

I have been looking at this dress on line for months, maybe even more like a year, it really caught my eye, the colours, the way it falls, it is very feminine and flow-y. I thought it would be lovely to wear out to dinner on the cruise with my sister. I am not a fashionista, far from it, I buy mostly second hand clothes from the Op-shop and are quite happy with my frugal finds.
This dress has been popping up on ad's on different blogs I read on a regular occurrence, and every time it catches my eye, I think, I really should order that for myself, but the cost always stopped me plus I didn't really want to buy into the whole fast fashion fiasco. That was until last night, I happened upon a new site called "Wish" probably not new, but new on my horizon. With postage it costs me $20 AU and I am hoping that it will arrive before we leave and that it fits me!
I read the feedback from previous purchasers and they all seemed quite happy with their dress, only one thing kept cropping up, the size, everyone said order one size larger than you usually are. I have always been a small, but according their measurements I am not a medium, but a large. I am not normally affected by silly things like this, but I am starting a diet today.
I know this post is a bit off my normal topic and I will be back to simple and frugal stuff tomorrow, promise. Over to you, have you ever bought clothes online only to find they didn't fit or didn't arrive in time?
